توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك حاسبة الطاقة الشمسية، ولماذا نجمعها، وأين تُحفظ، وحقوقك فيها، وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 ولائحته التنفيذية.
من المسؤول عن بياناتك
Solar Byte هي المسؤولة عن بياناتك. ويتولى تشغيل الحاسبة ونظام الطلبات نيابةً عنها مزوّد الخدمة التقنية (Movico)، ولا يستخدم البيانات لأي غرض آخر.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات التواصل: الاسم، ورقم الموبايل، والبريد الإلكتروني.
- بيانات المكان: نوع النشاط، والمدينة، وقيمة فاتورة الكهرباء، ومساحة السطح إن أدخلتها، والباقة التي اخترتها.
- نتيجة الحساب: حجم المنظومة والتكلفة والتوفير كما ظهرت لك.
- مصدر الزيارة: الإعلان أو الرابط الذي وصلت منه، إن وُجد.
- بيانات تقنية محدودة: الدولة، وصورة مشفّرة لا يمكن عكسها من عنوان الإنترنت، تُستخدم للحماية من الإساءة فقط.
لماذا نجمعها
- لإعداد تقرير الطاقة الشمسية لك.
- للتواصل معك بخصوص طلبك، وتحديد موعد المعاينة إن طلبتها.
- لمعرفة أي الإعلانات تصل إلى المهتمين فعلًا.
نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك الصريحة التي تعطيها في نموذج الحاسبة، ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة أخرى.
أين تُحفظ
تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم سحابية لدى Cloudflare، وقد تكون هذه الخوادم خارج مصر. يتم ذلك بموافقتك، مع حماية الاتصال بالتشفير وتقييد الوصول إلى البيانات.
من يطّلع عليها
فريق Solar Byte المختص بالمبيعات والمعاينات فقط، بحساب شخصي لكل فرد، وفريق التشغيل التقني عند الحاجة لصيانة النظام.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال متابعة طلبك، وبحد أقصى 24 شهرًا من آخر تواصل معك، ثم تُحذف، إلا إذا أصبحت عميلًا لدينا أو طلبت حذفها قبل ذلك.
حقوقك
- الاطلاع على بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها.
- تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
- حذف بياناتك.
- سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على ما تم قبل السحب.
- الاعتراض على أي استخدام لبياناتك.
الحماية
اتصال مشفّر، وحساب شخصي لكل موظف بكلمة سر محفوظة مشفّرة، وحماية من البرامج الآلية. وإذا حدث أي اختراق يمس بياناتك، نُبلغ الجهات المختصة ونُبلغك وفق ما يحدده القانون.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you use the solar calculator, why, where it is stored, and your rights, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations.
Who is responsible
Solar Byte is responsible for your data. The calculator and the leads system are operated on its behalf by its technology provider (Movico), which uses the data for no other purpose.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, mobile number, email.
- Property details: activity type, city, electricity bill, roof area if entered, and the package you chose.
- Your result: system size, cost and savings as shown to you.
- Visit source: the ad or link that brought you, if any.
- Limited technical data: country, and a one-way encrypted form of your internet address, used only to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
- To prepare your solar report.
- To contact you about your request and book a site survey if you ask for one.
- To learn which ads reach people who are genuinely interested.
We process your data on the basis of the explicit consent you give in the calculator form. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on Cloudflare cloud servers, which may be outside Egypt. This is done with your consent, over encrypted connections and with restricted access.
Who can see it
Only Solar Byte's sales and survey staff, each with a personal account, and the technical operations team when the system needs maintenance.
How long we keep it
For as long as your request is being followed up, and at most 24 months after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
- See your data and get a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Have your data deleted.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
- Object to any use of your data.
Security
Encrypted connections, a personal account per staff member with encrypted passwords, and protection against automated abuse. If a breach ever affects your data, we notify the authorities and you as the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This page does not currently use advertising trackers. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
